 About Us Shant Koumriqian
Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer Shant Koumriqian has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2008, with primary responsibility for the Company’s financial, accounting and reporting matters. Mr. Koumriqian joined the Company in July 2004 as our Vice President – Finance and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer in January 2008. Prior to that time, Mr. Koumriqian spent a total of nine years in real estate practice groups, first at Arthur Andersen LLP and then at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was a senior manager. Mr. Koumriqian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from California State University, Los Angeles.  |
