Mr. White joined MPG Office Trust in November of 2009 and serves as Executive Vice President. Mr. White previously served as a consultant to the Company commencing in August 2009 with respect to strategic, corporate finance and debt matters. Mr. White is a former partner of the law firm O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he founded the firm’s Restructuring and Reorganization practice. Since his retirement from O’Melveny & Myers LLP in 2007, Mr. White has served as a corporate and debt restructuring consultant. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. White currently serves on the Board of Directors of Syncora Holdings Ltd., FCP PropCo, LLC, ImageDocUSA and the American Cancer Society.
