Tables and benches placed throughout the plaza make it a popular lunchtime retreat for tenants and visitors alike.

One California Plaza, stands 42 stories tall and offers 991,836 rentable square feet of office and retail space. Completed in 1985, Arthur Erickson Architects designed the building, deserving of its many awards including the BOMA Building of the year in 1989. The building is made of 42 stories of reflective glass situated on nearly 3 acres of land. Its unique vertical profile consists of curving glass walls and an easily identifiable neon halo encircling the top of the tower. Additionally, the 48' average bay depths enable complete flexibility for interior floor space.
